The problem
Authors need a web presence for their book, but building a good site from a manuscript takes a designer and a developer.
What I built
- The conversion pipeline: DOCX to tagged XML, then Pandoc with a Lua filter to MDX/JSON, published to a per-author subdomain.
- Three e-reader-style reading themes with a live theme switcher.
- Automated customer intake (form to Slack) and landing-page work for launch.
