The problem

A personal-training business wanted AI to take over day-to-day operations. That is too much for one general chatbot to handle reliably.

What I built

  • An orchestrator agent that routes each request to a domain manager agent, which delegates to specialist agents.
  • Specialist agents with real tool calls that read and write the business database.

Outcome

A working MVP with real tool calls against live data. It never went to production, but it was my first deep dive into agent orchestration.
